Sberbank’s project Mobile Analytics for Sberbank CIB Client Managers has won the Analytical Solutions category of Global CIO’s Project of the Year 2017.
The aim of the project is to make client managers more efficient. To achieve this, a set of interactive reports was created within the Sberbank CIB1 client manager mobile workplace using a solution based on Qlik Sense. The solution includes various access levels, detailed specification of data, work with deviations to key business indications, and push notifications.
“Thanks to this new solution client managers now have online access to analysis of key performance indicators of Sberbank CIB’s employees and divisions that work with the Bank’s largest corporate clients,” commented Sergey Babayan, Vice President of Sberbank and Head of the Largest Clients Coverage Department of Sberbank CIB. “The project was developed in accordance with the principles of Agile and this allowed us to carry it out quickly and effectively.”
The project was carried out as a part of Sberbank Single Frontal System (SSF) programme. The SSF aims to make service more comfortable for Sberbank clients, and increase the efficiency and speed of employees who work with clients, in addition to making the process more convenient for employees.
Global CIO’s Project of the Year 2017 is held on the official website of Russian chief information officers with support from professional IT associations. Online voting is held among CIOs to determine the winners of projects of the year.
