On January 26, 2018 the order book was closed for Sistema PJSFC’s series 001P-07 exchange-traded bond issue with a nominal value of RUB 10 billion. The bonds mature in 10 years and each bond has a nominal value of RUB 1,000. The placement price is 100% of the nominal. The bonds have semi-annual coupon periods (182 days).
The initial guidance for the first coupon was set at a range of 9.80%-10.00% per annum, which corresponds to a yield to put of 10.04%-10.25% per annum. During book building the guidance was lowered to 9.80-9.95% per annum, which corresponds to a yield to put of 10.04%-10.20% per annum.
More than 30 applications were received from investors during marketing. Based on the results of book building, the first coupon was set at 9.80% per annum, which corresponds to a yield to put of 10.04% per annum.
The technical placement of the issue is planned for February 2, 2018 on the MICEX Stock Exchange. The placement was organised by Sberbank CIB1, Gazprombank, BCS Global Markets and VTB Capital. The co-organisers were MTS Bank and East West United Bank S.A.
