Sberbank CIB1, the corporate and investment banking business of Sberbank, announces that on 9 October 2018, the order book was closed for Russian Agricultural Bank JSC’s series BO-06P exchange-traded non-convertible interest-bearing certificated bonds under the programme of exchange-traded bond series 001P worth RUB 13 bln.
The bonds mature in 4 years, and the nominal value of one bond is RUB 1,000. They were placed at 100% of the nominal. The bonds have a coupon period of six months, and the issue does not have a put offer.
The initial guidance for the first coupon was set at a range of 9.00%-9.30% per annum, which corresponds to a yield to put of 9.20%-9.52% per annum. During book building the guidance was lowered twice, reaching 9.00%-9.15% per annum, which corresponds to a yield of 9.20%-9.36% per annum, and 9.00% per annum, which corresponds to a yield of 9.20%.
Based on the results of book building, the first coupon was set at 9.00% per annum, which corresponds to a yield of 9.20% per annum.
The technical placement of the issue is planned for 19 October 2018 on the MICEX Stock Exchange. The depositary is the National Settlement Depository (NSD). The issue meets the requirements for investment of pension savings and insurance funds.
The placement was organised by Region BK, Russian Agricultural Bank, Sberbank CIB, and Credit Bank of Moscow.
